A Perfect Circle Drop “To Whom It May Concern,” Set 2027 Tour

By Jett Morales

A Perfect Circle are not letting 2026 drift quietly into the background.

The band has released “To Whom It May Concern,” their second new single of the year, according to Blabbermouth.net. It follows “Starless,” which Blabbermouth reported had just hit No. 1 at Active Rock radio.

That is the kind of one-two move that gets the room paying attention. One track lands hard enough to climb to the top of the format. Then another one shows up before the dust fully settles. Efficient. Dangerous. Very on-brand.

Another new track from the A Perfect Circle camp

“To Whom It May Concern” was recorded at Billy Howerdel’s Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City, California, according to the report.

That detail matters because this is not some random drop with no trail behind it. A Perfect Circle are clearly working with purpose right now. “Starless” already gave rock radio something to chew on. “To Whom It May Concern” keeps the band’s 2026 run alive and gives fans another piece of the current chapter.

No need to overcomplicate it. New A Perfect Circle music is the headline. A second single in the same year is the underline.

The 2027 tour is already on the board

Along with the new single, A Perfect Circle have announced a North American tour launching April 13, 2027, in Vancouver, according to Blabbermouth.

The support setup is split in a way that should make fans scan the routing closely:

  • Puscifer will join A Perfect Circle for all Canadian shows and the Detroit date.
  • The Cult will support on the remaining U.S. dates from April 27 through June 13, 2027.

That is a strong bill either way. Puscifer brings its own orbit, its own crowd, and its own weird gravity. The Cult bring decades of rock weight without needing a long explanation. Pair either with A Perfect Circle and it is not a “show up late” kind of night.

Why this matters for rock fans

A Perfect Circle do not usually feel like a band operating on autopilot. So when new music and a long North American run land together, it points to a bigger stretch of activity.

For fans, the timing is the thing. “Starless” gets the radio win. “To Whom It May Concern” arrives as the follow-up. Then the 2027 tour gives all of it a destination beyond the playlist.

That is the sweet spot: new songs now, road plans later, and enough lead time for fans to figure out which lineup hits their city.
